Club Activities
The integration of work and study is the key element in Prelude Public School, Dayalbagh. All the students are obliged to gain practical experience in the course of their academic education. The concept of Clubs is seen as an opportunity for adaptation to life in the group, forming good life long habits and cultivating a voluntaristic spirit. Club activities supplement academics and give the students practical training which they require in day to day life. In the School various club activities are organized, giving an opportunity to the students to display their talent.
Eco & Adventure Club
Prelude Public School, Dayalbagh has been appointed as the lead school in this area by the Ministry of Environment. The main aim is to sensitize students towards Eco Awareness, maintenance of greenery around the school by various Plantation Drive Programmes, making best out of waste etc. The Eco Club is actively involved in promoting environment related issues such as judicial use of paper and planting trees.
Math & Science Club
This Club seeks to promote student interest in the disciplines of mathematics and science and to enrich learning opportunities in mathematics and science throughout the school and community through extra curricular activities.
Health & Wellness Club
This Club can favorably influence the habits, attitude and knowledge relating to an individual and community. Clubs can modify our behavior towards the attainment of optimum health. Physical Education caters to provide physical fitness which is an important component of wellness.
Health Club is an association of students in the school for taking care of everything that goes in to prescribing ways and activities for students to possess a good health overall (Mental/Physical, Emotional and Social). Awareness drives in which students are sensitized towards cleanliness.
Photography Club
Photography is much more than just having a camera and taking pictures. Students in this club have opportunities to hone their skills by understanding and learning about what makes a good photograph, from composition to artistic expression. In addition, members of this club will learn how to use state of the art software to edit and enhance photographic images for their own use, as well as for publication. Students are encouraged to practice their skills while photographing school related activities and sporting events. All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to explore this exciting side of the visual arts.
Actizen Club
“Our typical response to issues around us is to keep complaining! This doesn’t help much. Of all the people who can solve it, only we remain affected due to the unresolved problem. Better, therefore, to inform ourselves of the solution and be a part of it to improve our life quickly. Can we all drop our apathy to become ACTIZENS – Alert, Informed & Active Citizens?
Getting the students to learn from the heroes of the past and present to create a great future is the current mission of Desh Apnayen Foundation.

Reading Club
We know that literacy is one of the big underlying problems for many school learners. This program is aimed at developing a love for reading, books and stories. Through creating a culture of enjoyment to read, we support literacy programs and will be improving children’s ability to read. Simply put – we support reading clubs, because we believe it’s the best way to improve reading and writing skills.
