Withdrawal Process

  1. Requests for Transfer Certificate should be given in writing at least 1 month in advanced.

  2. Pending dues are to be paid at the time of withdrawal of the child to claim Transfer Certificate.

  3. Transfer Certificate is issued only after taking clearance from various heads as mentioned in school leaving clearance form.

  4. Transfer certificate is issued within 7 to 10 days on receipt of withdrawal request (after the completion of academic session only).

  5. Transfer certificate will be handed over to one of the parents only. In transfer cases, prior permission needs to be taken from the Principal if you authorize someone to collect TC on your behalf.

School prospectus must be read carefully before taking admission in order to avoid any problems later on.
